Price, Orders and Descriptions

All the prices displayed on Aptus Sports website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Changes to delivery services such as delays will be stated during checkout or via customer care contact.

Aptus Sports may discontinue or change specifications, descriptions, and prices on products and services offered on the website. Products displayed on the site are available while supplies last. If an order has been paid and confirmed when supply is no longer available, users will be contacted by the customer care team and will be issued a full refund or an alternative option.

Contents within this website are general in nature. It is made with the understanding that Aptus Sports is not supplying professional medical advice or is engaged with a medical professional. Before using materials on the Aptus Sports website, users should evaluate its content, accuracy, relevancy, and purpose. Users should also obtain appropriate professional medical advice relevant to their individual circumstances.

General benefits of products may be listed as descriptions on the website, however, Aptus Sports is not responsible for a user’s selection of a particular product and its appropriateness for treatment for the user’s particular condition. Accessories shown in product images are not included with the order unless stated otherwise.

Online Store terms

Users may not use Aptus Sports products for any illegal and/or unauthorized purpose which violates any laws in the user’s jurisdiction. Viruses, worms, or destructive nature codes must not be transmitted. A breach or violation will result in an immediate termination of service.

Warranty and Faulty Items

Aptus Sports products go through a rigorous and stringent quality control check before being shipped to users. All Aptus Sports products have a 3-month warranty from manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise in the product description.

All Aptus Sports products have care instructions on the product tag and website. Failure in following the care instructions will cause increased wear and void the warranty of the product.

Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product are not considered a defect.

Users will need to contact customer service at aptussports@outlook.com citing the issue if a product is faulty due to manufacturing defects. Users will need to submit images of the faulty product along with the product tag.

Outcomes will be communicated as soon as possible. Users with a successful outcome will be given a choice of

A replacement of the exact same product with no shipping cost (Users will be emailed a shipping label and additional information regarding the return process)
A store coupon code of the exact amount that was paid by the user
A full refund of the original payment method

Orders paid by credit card or PayPal are refunded directly to the card or account used for the payment. Refunds may take an extra few days to arrive back into your nominated account.

Returns and Exchanges

Aptus Sports has a 14-day return policy which means users have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. Unfortunately, Aptus Sports is unable to provide a refund on items that are due to a change of mind.

All items to be returned must be in the original condition and packaging, with all labels and stickers in original condition. Products must also be unwashed. Users may try the product on as long as it is not worn during sport and exercise which may change the condition of the product.

The shipping cost of refunds, returns, and exchanges are also to be paid by the customer.

Aptus Sports cannot guarantee that factors such as computer monitor and display colors will be accurate.
